This is an essential component of participants beginning to think and act in new ways. We engage participants by using real-world, practical concepts based on our own business experiences. Our faculty play decisive roles in both nurturing and challenging participants, making them aware of their current behavior and discussing ways they can change. We spend time reflecting on the impact their actions and behaviors have while addressing business challenges. This helps participants develop and improve their leadership skills. Throughout each leadership program, we address real business challenges and engage participants in identifying real solutions.
